Uncle Charlie recently gave me a nice block of yellowfin tuna, so to mix it up from my usual sashimi-style consumption, I improvised some sort of ceviche/crudo situation with a few guac-intended ingredients.

Then I proceeded to make a giant bowl of fresh guacamole for my lazy, post-run, pass-out-on-the-couch time. Though with my liberal tomato, onion & cilantro usage, it’s more like pico de gallo with an avocado guest appearance.
